1. Manufacturing Defects

If the item you received has a manufacturing defect, we will issue a full refund. To process your refund, please follow these steps:

• Provide detailed information regarding the defect along with photos of the item.
• Once we confirm the defect, we will provide further instructions on how to return the item.

2. No Replacement Policy

Please note that replacements are not allowed. If you have ordered an incorrect size, we recommend following the size replacement procedure below.

3. Size Replacement

In case you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please note the following:

• You can request a size replacement by contacting our customer support team.
• You are responsible for returning the item to us at your own cost.

5. Refunds

Refunds for manufacturing defects will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
